Federation for free RAID diving

RAID-free diving federation was established in 2004 as a SCUBA diving organization. The organization expanded its structure in 2014 to include many courses. It is now a fully digital organisation with a strong ecological mindset. RAID offers training programs that are completely online and free of charge. They also include more water time than theoretical hours, guaranteeing a more engaging learning experience.

RAID launched its free online learning app in addition to its online course. Instructors and students can sign off on in-water skills completed by RAID LearnToScuba. The course completion is verified in real-time by a counter. Members can also log their dives online or offline, automatically syncing their logs with their member profile.

Apnea Total diving school

Apnea Total is a great place for learning how to freedive. They have a relaxed attitude towards freediving education, and the courses are usually cheap. They don't have theory sessions or long classroom sessions, and they focus on doing exercises in the water, not just reading a book. These courses involve a lot more snorkelling and diving in open water than in a pool.

Apnea Total, the longest running freediving school in Koh Tao, was established in 2004. It started out as a bungalow. Now it has over 20 locations. The courses are taught by highly qualified Instructors who have many years of experience in freediving. Both beginners and experts can take the courses.
